Payment & Right of Retention Terms and Conditions
• Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

•Right to Retain Goods
We reserve the right to retain possession of any appliance or goods that we have repaired,
serviced, or supplied until full payment of all outstanding invoices relating to that appliance or
service has been received.
• No Obligation to Return Prior to Payment
We are not required to return or reinstall any appliance until payment in full has been made, even
where credit terms have been provided.
• Unpaid Accounts
If payment is not received by the due date, we may withhold return of the appliance and take
reasonable steps to recover the outstanding amount, including debt recovery costs where permitted
by law.
​• Ownership of Parts & Labour
Ownership of all parts supplied and labour performed remains with us until payment in full has been
received.
• Storage & Collection
Where goods are not collected or payment remains outstanding, we reserve the right to charge
reasonable storage fees after 14 days’ written notice.
• Legal Compliance
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under the
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
